| Position Summary: |
The Regional Training Manager will design, plan, and implement programs, policies, and procedures. The incumbent will also research new training techniques, make enhancements to existing methods, and coordinate with vendors for employee participation in outside training programs. He/She will coordinate and deliver necessary training activities related to enhancing core competencies of employees at all levels.

| Requirements: |
- Knowledge and experience in Document Control systems, policies, and procedures.
- 5 years of Manufacturing and/or Quality experience.
- Knowledge of training content (WCP tools).
- Trainer/Instructor/Team Leadership presentation skills.
- Experience in developing training materials, lesson plans, manuals, charts, and video projection.
- Project Management experience.
- Experience in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, and measurement illustration (such as Gant Charts...).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be Lean/Six Sigma Certified.
