The Vice President & Corporate Controller is responsible for overseeing SEC compliance and reporting along with compliance with section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley. He/she is responsible for managing corporate, cost/plant, and tax accounting groups. He/she supports the business/functional leaders by providing financial and functional analysis.  He/she will have an understanding of the implications of changes to the Company’s financial statements and general ledger and the interrelationships of various accounting and reporting systems. He/she will interact with various levels of management within and outside of the controller’s group and internal and external audit teams. He/she will participate in multiple cross-functional projects.

 
Requirements:
Minimum of 15 years experience. Technically adept in all areas of accounting and financial management including multi-national consolidations, SEC and management reporting, SOX 404 compliance and taxation. BS/BA degree in accounting or finance, CPA is required. Manufacturing cost accounting experience in a multi-plant environment preferred. Ability to interpret and analyze accounting research and apply GAAP rules and principles. Excellent supervisory skills a must. Strong teamwork and organizational skills and ability to drive results in a timely manner are required. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Excel and Word.
